Medication Management & Meds Check
If you are currently taking a minimum of three chronic prescription medications, you are entitled to receive a Free medication review once a year with one of our pharmacists. This will help you discuss all your concerns and get valuable advice on your medications, know proper dosage and possible side-effects of your medications. You may book your appointment by phone, filling a form with your preferred time or just by visiting our pharmacy.
Online Refills
Health Plus Pharmacy offers refills by phone or online. Our pharmacists accurately prepare your prescription & review your medication history. Then inform you about any possible side effects or interactions that might occur. No Sign-in required, just follow the instructions and request refills, transfer or fill new prescriptions online and minimize waiting time.
